White Chocolate Blondies

I actually really love white chocolate. I will sometimes pick white chocolate over other chocolate. Even though I know white chocolate isn't *technically* chocolate, it is still a favorite of mine.

These white chocolate blondies are loaded with white chocolate flavor. They are chewy and delicious and I want to make them every week now!

How to Make White Chocolate Blondies

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter and white chocolate together. Mix it together well.

Add the sugar next and mix it in well. It will not fully combine- you may see some butter still pooling up. That's ok, just mix it for a couple of minutes to get the sugar dissolved.

Add the eggs and vanilla next. Mix it together until it is fully combined.

Last, add the flour and salt. Fold these in until it is combined.

Pour into a 9x9 pan. I line mine with parchment paper, or you can spray the heck out of it with cooking spray. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes, or until a you can stick a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.

Drizzle with melted white chocolate if you want, cool, and enjoy!
