Inside Out Cookies

When I think of the opposite of a chocolate chip cookie, I immediately think white chocolate chips and a chocolate cookie. I love white chocolate, so I was super excited to make this recipe! Inside Out cookies have the perfect amount of chocolate and white chocolate. They are soft and chewy, which is the only way a cookie should exist.

If you don't like white chocolate; 1) this recipe isn't for you and 2) I don't understand you. :}

How to Make Inside Out Cookies

Mix the sugar, brown sugar, butter, and cream cheese together until it is well combined and lightens in color.

Add the egg and vanilla, and mix it until it is well combined.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda, and mix it until it is well combined.

Add the white chocolate chips or chunks, and you can measure this with your heart. I did a combination of chips and a cut up white chocolate bar.

Scoop out into about 2 ounce portions and put on a sheet tray. Refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours.

Put the cookie doughs onto a sheet tray, flatten them slightly, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes.

Allow them to cool, and enjoy!
