The soft cookies use all 3 types of chocolate, and sure to delight any chocolate chip cookie lover!
- Beat the sugar, brown sugar, butter, and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, slowly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the sugar and egg mixture.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Scoop out onto plastic wrap. Cover, and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Divide the dough into 2 oz portions (or you can use a cookie scoop, whatever you prefer). Place on a sheet tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edge of the cookie is golden brown.
Notes
You can also make smaller cookies, in 1 ounce portions. Bake them for 6-8 minutes instead, and you will get about 36 cookies.
