Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar, brown sugar, butter, and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla, slowly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add to the sugar and egg mixture.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop out onto plastic wrap. Cover, and put in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  7. Divide the dough into 2 oz portions (or you can use a cookie scoop, whatever you prefer). Place on a sheet tray that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edge of the cookie is golden brown.

Notes

You can also make smaller cookies, in 1 ounce portions. Bake them for 6-8 minutes instead, and you will get about 36 cookies.
