Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tarter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
  3. Beat the butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Slowly add the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Add the flour mixture.
  6. Mix the 3 tablespoons of sugar with the 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  7. Scoop the cookie dough into the cinnamon sugar, and roll in the mixture.
  8. Flatten slightly, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
