Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These cookie are soft, chewy, and full of cinnamon flavor to compliment the oats and raisins! You won't be able to eat just one!

Ingredients
- 6 oz butter softened
- 2 oz cream cheese softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups quick cook Oats
- 1 cup raisins
Instructions
- Mix the butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, and sugar together until it is well mixed. It will be a pale yellow and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mix until it is combined.
- Add all of the dry ingredients- flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Mix until it is just combined.
- Add the oats and raisins and mix until combined.
- Scoop or weigh 1 ounce portions (or 2 ounce if you want bigger cookies), and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool, and enjoy!
