Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup shortening
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 18 regular size marshmallows
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375°F.
- Beat the sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, shortening, butter, and egg together until smooth and fluffy.
- Add all the dry ingredients, mix until it just comes together.
- Scoop onto a cookie sheet, and flatten slightly. Put in the oven for 3 minutes.
- When the 3 minutes is up, put a marshmallow on top of the cookie, and use the marshmallow to flatten the cookie further. Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Take them out and cool on a cooling rack.
