Apple Crisp

Ingredients
- 3-4 apples, sliced
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Crisp Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Slice the apples (up to you if you want to leave the peel on, I left it on). Combine the apples with the sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Make sure it is stirred together well so that all the apples are covered.
- Pour into a dish and set aside while you make the crisp topping.
- Combine everything for the crisp topping in a bowl and stir it well.
- Sprinkle the crisp topping on top of the apples.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly, but it is best served warm with vanilla ice cream!
